He is Regents Professor of Computer Science at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. His current research is in the theories of neural networks and quantum information. He has also worked on archaeoastronomy and written on the history of science and on art. His work has been showcased in the popular media
and he is the author of twenty books which include six books of verse. His latest publication, 'The Idea of India - Bhārat as a Civilisation' is a condensation of new research that touches upon India's contributions to world
science and aims to provide an authentic picture of what Bhārat truly is.

The policy learning camp offered by Chinmaya International Foundation and Bṛhat is an intensive, four-day residential immersion program in today's burning issues. This program is intended as an introduction to Public Policy, And its roots in Political Philosophy as seen through an examination of some of the major texts and thinkers of both the Eastern and Western traditions. It attempts to provide a global overview of Political Philosophy and how these philosophical traditions developed and evolved within a context, and how the politics of those times played a role in establishing some traditions as dominant.
