The project involves the ideation, creation, and marketing of a devotional video brand for meaningful mass engagement. Its three core pillars are well-researched authentic content, accurate translations in multiple languages, and visuals that are authentic, appropriate, and devotionally resonant. Its purpose is to harmonize Bhakti, Śraddhā, and Saundarya through content that is spiritually rooted, culturally faithful, and aesthetically elevating.

22 Dhārmika Lessons from Ancient Epics for the Modern Corporate World

In today’s corporate world of speed, pressure, and uncertainty, leaders often lose the inner compass that guides right action. Diksūcī: The Navigator Within returns to the wisdom of the Rāmāyaṇa, Mahābhārata, and other ancient Indian texts to explore how self-mastery and ethical clarity can shape meaningful leadership. We curated twenty-two reflective essays, divided into two themes - inner anchor and leadership, that examine everyday workplace challenges, from decision fatigue to value conflicts, and offer insights for inner governance and rooted leadership. It invites professionals to move beyond profit alone toward purpose, coherence, and collective well-being. Not a return to the past, but a re-anchoring into a wiser future.

Creating an Indic rooted brand identity and website

IndiYatra is a culturally rooted quiz platform that gamifies Indian festivals, history, and heritage to spark curiosity about Indian civilization among a growing digital audience. As the platform scales beyond its current reach of 12,000+ participants, the project focuses on strengthening its brand identity, digital presence, technological workflow, and future expansion pathways. Bṛhat’s role is to provide strategic cultural and creative advisory across branding, social media, website direction, and the exploration of new verticals such as offline quizzes and publishing.

Parikrama

Come Curious. Leave Connected.

Parikrama is a monthly interactive dialogue series by Bṛhat in collaboration with Sanatanam Connect, held within sacred temple spaces. One Sunday each month, participants come together for a guided temple walk and conversation around a new theme from Indian Knowledge Systems.
The format combines lived experience, ritual, stories, reflection and open dialogue with an expert.

Through the temple as both setting and teacher, Parikrama brings ideas from culture, Itihāsa and tradition into meaningful public conversation.

It is designed to make IKS accessible not only as knowledge to be studied, but as something to be experienced, questioned and lived.

Curating Indian temples VR experiences

In partnership with WHO VR, the idea was to create a VR experience of some of the architectural and engineering marvels of India. A variety of structures were identified for showcasing ranging in different periods, geographies, types and styles - Brhadeeshvara, Mahabalipuram Shore Temple, Golden Temple, Rani ki Vaav and many more. Bṛhat's role was to create storyboards and guide infographics narration sequence of each temple with authentic transformed into enriching stories, while these stories were brought alive through immersive visuals in VR using voice overs and sounds by Who VR.

Bodhi Dharma

Cultural and authenticity research for transmedia production on life and works of Bodhi Dharma

Preparing a knowledge and creative package for a transmedia property around the life and times of Bodhidharma. Thorough research was conducted on Bodhidharma's life, filling in gaps with creative interpretations. This information was then developed into storyboards and mood boards to build the narrative. The project was inspired by various sources, including documentaries and personal experiences of the firm owner. This research was intended to be handed over to the production team for further development into a graphic novel, a game, a miniseries, or a movie.

My Home, My Mandir, My Dharma

A comprehensive guide to modern day living

Modern apartment living often restricts the practice of traditional, cultural and spiritual rituals due to fixed modular designs. Our client envisioned an app to offer practical, śāstra-based remedies for such limitations. We facilitated in-depth research to document core practices sourced from Samhitas and Dharmaśastras that included major pūjās and life-event rituals to daily duties like sandhyāvandana, rangoli, toraṇa placement, etc. Basing our research in architectural treatises such as Mayamatam, Manasara, Śilpaśastras, we also explored adaptive solutions for challenges like lack of a dedicated pūjā space, compromised vāstu alignment, and maintaining energy balance in kitchens and entrances.

Ramayana Kalpavrksam

Curation of a 3-day annual cultural event themed on Rāmāyaṇa

Ramayana Kalpavrksam is a three-day festival dedicated to celebrating the timeless epic - the Rāmāyaṇa, through music, dance, storytelling, art workshops and scholarship. This festival was ideated and organized by renowned dancer Padmi Shri awardee Dr. Ananda Shankar Jayant, and presented by Natyarambha, is curated with the help of the team at Bṛhat and is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The creative process involves the curation of session themes, activities, performances, identifying experts from related industries to conduct sessions and overall experience design for the event, enabling an immersive engagement that stays with its audience. Started in 2023, hosted annually in the month of January, it has successfully completed 3 editions.

Dialogues on Art, Heritage and Indic Knowledge Systems

Conversations on Culture is a curated dialogue series designed to bring together artists, scholars, practitioners, cultural thinkers, and public audiences for meaningful conversations on art, heritage, and Indic Knowledge Systems. Bṛhat supported the initiative as a knowledge partner by helping shape the intellectual and cultural direction of the event. This included contributing to event curation, identifying relevant themes, framing session ideas, curating talks, and connecting the platform with expert speakers and knowledge practitioners. Through its role, Bṛhat helped ensure that the conversations were thoughtful engagements rooted in cultural depth, contemporary relevance, and civilizational understanding.

A case building for authentic representation of Indian symbols and narratives in the gaming world

Global media often reduces living cultures to stereotypes, leading to backlash and alienation. This research addresses the issue by embedding authentic cultural representation into the creative process. Through case studies of some popular games such as Hitman 2 and Black Myth: Wukong, it advocates research driven design, such that games translate into meaningful experiences.
