Then he said to Budila Asvatarasvi, `O Vaiyaghrapadya, whom do you meditate on as the Self?' He replied: `Water only, venerable king.' He said; `The Self which you meditate on is the Vaisvanara Self, called Rayi (wealth). Therefore are you wealthy and flourishing.
