Ms. Roopali Das
Ms. Roopali Das is a counselling psychologist and the founder of Twashtri, a mental health startup based in Bangalore pioneering to bring the ancient Indian knowledge systems to modern psychological healing practices.
She has completed her education from the University of Delhi and has also served as an assistant professor of Psychology at University of Delhi and a Research Scholar at NIMHANS, prior to solely committing herself to building Twashtri.
A seeker at heart, Roopali describes Yoga as her compass to work both on her own inner journey as well as that of with her clients. Her therapeutic practice is rooted in the paradigm of Indian Psychology and the nuances of Integral Yoga Psychology.
