She is an experienced educator engaged in continuous learning, designing and implementing innovative education programmes across disciplines. She has over 34 years of experience working in the development and public education sector in India. Beginning with community mobilisation at the
grassroots to setting up and running institutions in education, her experience is eclectic. It includes institutional development and programme management, consulting, curriculum development, delivery of courses etc. She is currently engaged in multiple advisory, research, and leadership roles, including but not limited to the NEP Implementation Task Force, Govt. of Karnataka, The Learner Company, SEWA International, etc.

The policy learning camp offered by Chinmaya International Foundation and Bṛhat is an intensive, four-day residential immersion program in today's burning issues. This program is intended as an introduction to Public Policy, And its roots in Political Philosophy as seen through an examination of some of the major texts and thinkers of both the Eastern and Western traditions. It attempts to provide a global overview of Political Philosophy and how these philosophical traditions developed and evolved within a context, and how the politics of those times played a role in establishing some traditions as dominant.
