Charusmitha Rao is a co-founder of Coolture Designs. She is involved in the design and development of products and experiences that draw from Indian cultural contexts. Her work includes research, visual design, and the creation of user-facing experiences. She is a creative L&D professional with a deep practice of dance and choreography, an expertise in the weaving arts and crafts of India.
