Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Having facilitated more than 450 programs for over 15,000 participants
during his tenure at Pegasus Academy and Consulting, Ajay also worked as an L&D Manager
(Leadership Development) at SLK Software, Bangalore. He has facilitated Leadership journeys
for over 1,500 mid-level leaders through TAO Consulting.
Ajay holds an MA in Global Leadership and teaches “Leadership Insights from Mahabharata” at
IIM Calcutta, as a part of the “Managerial Excellence: Insights From Indian Philosophy” elective
for the MBA Course.
