Śrīmad Vālmiki Rāmāyana Pārāyana

Śrīmad Vālmiki Rāmāyana is the narration of the rasa of Śrīi Rāma’s life by Ṛṣi Vālmiki. Few would be unaware of Rāmāyana, however, not many would have read Ṛsī Vālmiki’s Rāmāyana – that which we consider Itihāsa. Hence, questions about Rāmāyana abound. A reading of Vālmiki’s Rāmāyana clears all doubts and enhances our understanding of what makes Śrī Rāma the avatar that he is, and why Rāmāyana continues to be relevant today even after thousands of years. In this 7-day Śrīmad Vālmiki Rāmāyana Pārāyana, we will do an overview of all kāṇḍas of the grantha along with a deep dive on the most significant events that shaped this Itihāsa – some well-known and some not so well-known. We will also read some important shlokas along the way.
