This workshop will cover the basic introduction to rajasvalā paricaryā, and teach women the āyurvedic way of menstrual healthcare.
Overview
In this workshop, we will take a deep dive to understand how following āyurvedic routines (or rituals) recommended during menstruation, maintain health for every woman. We will understand the reasons and provide direction on how to adhere to these routines.
This workshop will elaborate on the answers to some key questions:
- What is rajasvalā paricaryā or menstruation routine? What are the main practices that are game changers for women’s health?
- What is the condition of the body during menstruation, that is, periods?
- What kind of imbalances cause menstrual or uterine diseases in women and how is rajasvalā paricaryā related to it?
- From the point of view of āyurveda, what are the benefits of following a menstruation routine?
- What harm is there in not following the guidelines and what kind of diseases occur?
